Capri

From residence Coltur Suites it is very easy to reach Capri island by ferries and hydrofoils; this island is full of great places to visit, from the little port, the first step is the well known villa of Axel Munthe, a swedish doctor felt in love with Capri, who built this villa in one of the most panoramic points of Capri; another great seaview is by the garden of August, which will make you discover the sea of Marina Piccola and of Faraglioni rocks. The best way to visit Capri is to rent a boat and make a tour of the island, this solution will give you the opportunity to see the famous blue grotto, the Faraglioni rocks and many others beautiful places.

Amalfi Coast

Sorrento is also a great point of departure to visit the Amalfi coast and the well known Amalfi drive, a piece of street  with a fabulous seaview. After 15 kilometers the first locality on the road is Positano, a little village placed on a rock, with  houses of many different colours. In front of Positano coast there are two little islands called “li galli” which you can reach renting a  boat in Positano. The next step on the Amalfi drive is Amalfi, the most ancient city of the coast, with a great history which you could feel by its artistic patrimony, like its famous cathedral.
